Asparagus Foxtail (Asparagus densiflorus ‘Myersii’) forms plush, upright “foxtail” plumes that bring soft texture to shelves and sunny corners. Give it bright, indirect light (shield from harsh afternoon sun) and warm temps 60–75°F; protect from frost. Keep soil consistently moist but well-draining—let the top inch dry between waterings; reduce in winter without letting it go bone-dry, and boost humidity with misting or a pebble tray. Plant in an organically rich, fast-draining mix and feed monthly in spring–summer with a balanced fertilizer. Trim yellowed stems at the base to refresh, and repot in early spring—its tuberous roots quickly fill pots. If fronds yellow or brown, check for under/overwatering or low light; steady moisture + bright filtered light keeps those tails lush.
