The Burgundy Rubber Plant is loved for its deep, glossy, dark foliage that brings bold, sculptural style to any room. It grows best in bright, indirect light and should be watered only when the top few inches of soil have dried out to prevent overwatering. Use a well-draining potting mix and keep it in warm, draft-free conditions between 60–80°F for healthy growth. Wipe the leaves occasionally to keep them shiny and dust-free, and fertilize monthly during spring and summer. This plant can grow tall over time, making it an excellent floor plant or statement piece. Note: The sap is toxic if ingested, so keep out of reach of pets and children.
